City Wide Moving HQ and Opening D.C. Branch

Lenexa-based City Wide Maintenance, a growing national franchiser of commercial janitorial and building-maintenance services, is moving its headquarters and openings its first location in Washington, D.C.

The company is staying in Lenexa, moving into a new 28,000-square-foot space under construction on West 105th Terrace and Lackman Road. Double the size of its current main office, management expects the move to take place mid next year.

City Wide continues to expand its locations throughout North America and is opening its first in Washington, D.C., next year. It will also add franchised locations in Pittsburgh and Westchester County, N.Y., just north of Manhattan. The firm has more than 60 locations throughout North America and entered Canada earlier this year.

City Wide, led by CEO Jeff Oddo, was named to the Ingram’s Top 100 Privately Held Companies list this year, with 2018 revenues of $250 million. It projects an increase for 2019, hitting $300 million.
