Trozzolo Communications Group announced it has restructured its leadership as it plans to enter a new phase of national growth.
As part of the restructure, Angelo Trozzolo, president and chief executive officer of Trozzolo Communications Group (TCG), will be stepping away from the role of president. The role of president will now be shared by two longtime TCG executives: Josh Brewster and Rachel Lupardus.
Brewster, who previously served as the agency’s chief marketing officer, will now serve as president and chief client officer. Before the new leadership structure, Lupardus served as the chief financial officer and chief operating officer. She will drop the title of CFO and continue as president and COO.
Several other leadership changes were also announced, including Ross Wuetherich named chief creative officer, Meg Schulte joining as senior vice president of client services and Chris Humphreys as chief strategy officer, which went into effect in February. Additionally, Haley Harrison-Lee was promoted to vice president of public relations and will lead the agency’s public relations team in Kansas City.
Brewster will oversee client partnerships and growth for TCG’s companies, including Trozzolo, Punch PR in Milwaukee and Midan Marketing. Lupardus will lead operations, integration and the systems that support the agency’s continued scale. Wuetherich will lead and elevate the creative vision across all client work.
“Our executive teams have long played central roles in shaping our culture, strengthening our client relationships and building the operational foundation that allows us to scale,” Trozzolo said in a release. “Elevating this team into these roles keeps our growth intentional and our future extremely bright.”
