Two Restaurants Sign On For Lenexa City Center’s Restaurant Row

Commercial real estate firm Copaken Brooks announced it will break ground on the anticipated Restaurant Row at Lenexa City Center in the fall of next year with the first phase of its development including two restaurant concepts opening.

The newest tenant for the first phase of Restaurant Row is Cactus Grill TexMex & Tequila. The Tex-Mex restaurant will take 5,000 square feet on the North Endcap Building adjacent to 87th Street.

Alongside Cactus Grill will be the addition of the North Carolina-based Tupelo Honey. The establishment will take 5,700 square feet near the East Endcap of Restaurant Row, adjacent to Renner Road

“Lenexa City Center remains in high demand for restaurants, retail, and office,” principal of Copaken Brooks, Keith Copaken said in a press release. “We are excited to bring Restaurant Row to fruition and introduce exciting new restaurant concepts to the area.”

Future development phases for Restaurant Row at Lenexa City Center include an additional 10,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space and 50,000 square feet of office space.
