Terracon Consultants Inc. Appoints Two New C-Suite Positions

Olathe-based engineering firm Terracon Consultants Inc. announced two new C-suite positions, adding a new chief legal and administrative officer.

On Thursday, Terracon appointed Aaron Mann to the role of chief legal officer and will be responsible for the company’s legal, compliance, risk management and ethics programs, according to a release.

Most recently, Mann served as general counsel for risk management at the company. Before joining Terracon eight years ago, Mann served as a partner with Husch Blackwell under the Kansas City and London, England offices.

He graduated from Creighton University School of Law and earned a bachelor’s degree in international studies from Graceland University.

In a separate release, Terracon also appointed Michael Yost as chief administrative officer. Under his new role, Yost will oversee the company’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program, corporate services operations and the corporate headquarters office in Olathe.

Yost has more than 20 years of experience at Terracon, according to the release.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. Yost is also a licensed attorney in Kansas and Missouri and is actively involved in the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) and the Geoprofessional Business Association.
