Omaha, Nebraska-based Ronco Construction plans to bolster its services in the Kansas City area, expanding limited-scale commercial and residential projects with its special projects division.

Ronco Construction announced its special projects division in the Kansas City market is ready to take on more small-scale projects. The division will focus on projects with budgets under $1 million and specialize in restoration, rehab, remodel or repair construction, according to a release. In 2020, Ronco Construction opened its Kansas City office in the Crossroads District.

“Our aim is to be a service provider who offers comprehensive construction solutions for our clients,” Jason Jacobson, regional director of Kansas City, said in the release. “We’re excited to expand our construction services to smaller commercial and residential projects in Kansas City and its surrounding areas. We look forward to becoming a trusted partner of the community.”

The company has also been growing its Kansas City team. In March, the company announced it hired Kyle Affeldt as the special projects division project manager, Ian Leftwich as the senior project manager and two additional project engineers.
