Reverb apartments in Crossroads nears completion, set to open in August



Units within the new luxury apartment building are near or at completion as workers finish the $40 million project, now the second high-rise apartment project to be built in the Crossroads.

Designed and developed by Burns & McDonnell and Copaken Brooks, Reverb, a new addition to the Kansas City skyline, is now the second high-rise apartment project to be built in the Crossroads, after Arterra.

Set to open in August, the luxury apartment building feature an above-ground parking garage with 1,827 square feet of first-floor commercial space available for a customized tenant buildout.

Included, though not yet completed, is the building’s top floor called Reverb Social. The vision for this floor entail opening a new cocktail bar concept, lounge and viewing areas this fall.

While crews continue work on Reverb Social located on the 14th floor, floors three through 10 are set to open to residents on Saturday, Aug. 1. Floors 11 through 13 are set to open later in the month on Aug. 15.

Reverb holds 22 variations of studio and one-bedroom apartments with studios ranging between 571 and 703 square feet and one-bedrooms varying from 870 to 1,393 square feet. Rents for studios start at $1,149; one-bedrooms start at $1,749.
