Renovated downtown office tower draws in new tenants

After roughly $20 million in renovations to Lightwell, a 30-story tower at 11th and Main streets in downtown Kansas City, property managers have secured more tenants. 

Located in the heart of downtown Kansas City and spanning a full city block, lightwell is a modern 657,000 SF, 30-story office tower.

Developer SomeraRoad acquired the space at a time when it was deteriorating Class-B office tower.
