Record-Setting Corn and Soybean Crops for Kansas

The Associated Press is reporting that the current Kansas corn and soybean harvest is expected to be record-setting. According to the report, the National Agricultural Statistics Service is saying the 713 million bushels of corn forecast in Kansas is a 23 percent increase compared to last year’s production. And the projected soybean harvest of 180 million bushels is up 21 percent.
