ProPharma Acquires Xendo

Overland Park-based ProPharma Group has acquired Xendo Holding B.V., the companies announced today. Xendo is “a Netherlands-based provider of compliance consulting, engineering and technical support, regulatory affair and pharmacovigilance services to the (bio)pharmaceutical, medical device and healthcare industries.”

In the press release, Michael Farah, Chairman of ProPharma Group and Partner as Linden Capital Partners, said, “We are excited to support the entire ProPharma Group organization as they continue to build out capabilities and expand their global presence to better serve their customers.” Xendo’s CEO, Andre van de Sande, echoed those sentiments, stating “We are thrilled about our future as part of ProPharma Group.  The combination expands our global reach and service offering to our clients.”

Based in Overland Park, ProPharma is a portfolio company of Linden Capital Partners with more than 1,000 employees globally.
