Beeman advises on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and general corporate matters, according to a release. He has experience in transactions involving medical practices and other provider organizations, helping clients navigate regulatory considerations while maintaining deal efficiency.

“Polsinelli’s reputation in the legal industry and tremendous growth in the Private Equity Mergers & Acquisitions Practice are second to none. I am thrilled to be joining this group of incredibly talented and driven attorneys and eager to contribute to the further advancement and development of the practice,” Beeman said in the release.
