New York-based Diamond Properties, a real estate investment firm, announced it has purchased a warehouse distribution facility near Kansas City.

The firm acquired a 115,000-square-foot industrial manufacturing and distribution facility located at 4312 Clary Boulevard. The facility is currently occupied by Liquid Soap Products, LTD, a manufacturer of personal-care products.

“This acquisition reflects our continued focus on well-located industrial properties that play an important role in their tenants’ day-to-day operations,” Jim Diamond, CEO of Diamond Properties, said in a release. “Liquid Soap Products has built a longstanding manufacturing business around practical and environmentally responsible products, and 4312 Clary Boulevard provides the infrastructure and location needed to support its continued growth.”

The Class B manufacturing facility is situated on approximately 5.78 acres and features 7,350 square feet of office space with 16-foot ceilings and 13 loading dock doors. The property has also benefited from recent improvements, including updates to offices, bathrooms, lighting, HVAC systems, painting, and the roof, according to a release.

The building was first erected in 1955.

The acquisition expands Diamond Properties’ Midwest industrial portfolio. The firm now operates a total of five industrial properties in Missouri.

Founded in 1995, Diamond Properties specializes in a portfolio of office, medical, industrial, retail, self-storage, residential, lodging, and land assets across 13 states, according to its website.
