Management Moves at McCownGordon

McCownGordon Construction, one of the region’s biggest general contractors, has announced a series of moves in its management ranks to set the table for future growth.

Four of the promotions announced last week come from within current management ranks, the company said in a news release. In addition, the company has hired Lynn Parman, CEO of the American Royal since 2015. She will serve as vice president for business development.

Among the other moves, the company has named:

  • Daniel Lacy as vice president for the health-care division.
  • Todd Knight as vice president for the Kansas market.
  • Elise Kirchhofer was named director of the higher education market
  • And Luke Deets will lead the K-12 education business unit.

“This marks another step toward achieving our strategic plan, which builds on our strong foundation while expanding our business in vertical and geographic markets,” said Ramin Cherafat, chief executive officer. “With these promotions, strong and successful leaders will be guiding our initiatives across a variety of key areas for the company as we look to strengthen relationships, extend our rapid growth and continue delivering for our clients.”
