Lockton Promotes Rich Reda

17-year Lockton veteran Rich Reda is now the President of Benefit Communication Insourcing business, the company announced Friday.  Reda was previously an executive vice president with the company and was named an Ingram’s 40 under forty award recipient in 2009.

Reda takes over a portion of the business that employs 300 people that are within their client’s human resources department.  Lockton’s clients range from restaurants and grocery stores to healthcare and energy companies.

“As the competition for talented people intensifies,” says Reda,  “we see tremendous opportunities to help large employers achieve optimal return on their benefit investments while improving financial and health outcomes for their employees.”

Reda holds a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and its academic partner, the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas and will continue to be based in Lockton’s Kansas City, Mo. office.
