KCRise Fund Invests in Two KC Startups

The KCRise Fund has added two new Kansas City startups to its portfolio: Main Street Data and PayIt.

Main Street Data is an agriculture data analytics company headquartered in Kansas City.  They boast a web tool called Validator that aggregates current and historical data to help farmers figure out a more accurate yield performance. Validator claims 150 square foot precision. According to the company’s website, “Validator is an application which shows yield, yield gap, and ROI potential in bushels and dollars.”

PayIt is a digital government and payment platform that works with local, state and federal governing bodies. This cloud-based business says it makes paying for government services much simpler.

Both companies are based in Downtown Kansas City, Missouri.

The KCRise Fund is a ‘venture capital co-investment fund targeting high-growth, early state technology companies in the Greater Kansas City Region.’
