Kincaid has been in the Kansas City area since 2002, providing concrete services on both sides of the state line from small residential pours to large-scale commercial projects.

The same great employees who have made Kincaid Ready Mix what it is up until this point will all remain intact as the company merges into a part of Farmer Companies’ subsidiary, Ozark Ready Mix.

Kincaid Ready Mix has long been a company of Don Kincaid, founder of The Kincaid Group.

“In our quest to find a company to take over what we have created at KRM, we searched for a company with the highest level of integrity and family core values, and we believe we have found that with Ozark,” Don said. “Our customers can rest assured, as we evaluated Ozark at length and found no surprises. As part of our negotiations, Ozark has agreed to honor all existing pricing commitments which we have in place.”

Based out of Osage Beach and servicing 23 counties in the mid-Missouri area, Ozark Ready Mix is a well-established company equipped with the team and resources to succeed in the Kansas City market and beyond.
