Spring Venture Group, a name that has consistently fallen on Ingram’s list of fast-growing companies, announced today that it is yet again expanding – this time in the C-Suite.
Jason Wade is joining the ranks as chief financial officer in order to lead Spring’s broader financial strategies. Wade will be responsible for overseeing the strategies linking financial goals and business objectives across the company to bolster financial performance, business growth and organizational transformation.
Wade hails most recently from Ascend Learning, where he served as controller and treasurer. And before Ascend, he was vice president of finance at Cartesian just after he served as a senior executive at Ernst & Young.
“As we focus on growing Spring Venture Group, Jason’s broad financial expertise, coupled with his experience leading high-growth businesses, will be instrumental as we look toward the future,” Chris Giuliani, CEO, said in a statement from the company.
