H&R Block Inc. is leasing eight floors of its world headquarters in the Power & Light District.

H&R Block listed full floors three through 10 at 1301 Main St., equalling 243,848 square feet of available space. The space is listed at $28 per square foot per year, according to Collier.

Other features of the available space include:

  • Floor-to-ceiling, under-floor air distribution, voice, power, and data
  • Available floors are served by five high-speed passenger elevators and one designated freight elevator
  • 700 parking spaces are available (2.87/1,000 SF)
  • 24/7 on-site security staffed by H&R Block personnel
  • First-floor tenant lounge
  • Full-service cafeteria with grab-and-go options
  • Plug-and-play conferencing center with access to five training rooms
  • Walking distance to numerous entertainment, restaurants and hotel options
