Construction of Raymore Commerce Center begins



Plans for a three-building industrial space in Raymore, Mo. recently broke ground, the first building of the $105 million dollar project expected to be ready for use by businesses and companies by Q3 of 2021.

Results for the Raymore Commerce Center could be seen as early as this time next year in Q3 of 2021, VanTrust Real Estate and Brinkmann Constructors recently breaking ground on the $105 million dollar project.

Preparatory work has been in the works since spring 2020 with road and utility work.

Of the three buildings planned for construction in the industrial park, the first building is expected to be completed in Q3 2021.

Construction plans show the first building will be around 565,000-square-feet, the second building 415,000 square-feet and the third will total 1,040,000 square-feet.

Delivery dates for the last two building has yet to be determined.

Once all buildings are complete – an anticipated delivery through 2024 – the Raymore Commerce Center could take up nearly 2 million square feet of space.
