Real estate management services company Colliers announced Jeannette Vahle will join as the new Kansas City market managing director.
As managing director, Vahle will oversee the real estate management services (REMS) platform, including property operations, client relations, team leadership, and strategic growth initiatives across the Kansas City market, according to a release.
“I am thrilled to join the team and lead REMS in an office known for its strong market leadership,” Vahle said in a release. “I look forward to driving operational excellence, strengthening client service delivery and supporting continued portfolio growth.”
Vahle brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience to the role. Most recently, she served as regional manager of the Aspiria Campus for Occidental Management for nearly 2.5 years. She also spent nearly 9 years at Cushman & Wakefield, serving as the vice president of property management and managing director of asset services. Before that, she worked at Copaken Brooks, where she spent over 7 years serving as property manager and then associate director of property management.
