From there, Curtin Property Cos. will see to Phase A2 as the developers add a hotel, restaurants and office spaces to the site. Phase A3 adds additional office spaces, a 350-room hotel and a 10-story residential building. A mixed-use building called 510 North will be the first to see vertical construction. It will include 317 apartments and 12,596 square feet of first-floor retail.
