Archer Integrated Risk Management Acquires Risk Management AI Company

Overland Park-based Archer Integrated Risk Management has acquired Compliance.ai, an artificial intelligence-driven company, to supplement its compliance initiatives.

The acquisition will aid Archer’s client compliance initiatives with the AI technology to automate monitoring, tracking, reporting, and responding to continually changing regulations in real time, according to a release.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

With this acquisition, we can offer our clients the advantages of real-time updates, predictive analysis, and increased accuracy for regulatory compliance and risk management,” CEO of Archer Technologies, Bill Diaz said in the release “Leveraging the power of AI technology advances our strategy to empower organizations to more effectively manage their entire risk landscape and allows us to propel Archer solutions into a new era of efficiency and foresight.”

San Francisco-based Compliance.ai has around 50 employees and focuses on regulatory change management software monitors regulatory updates and ensures required changes are completed for its clients in banking and insurance industries.
