Another KC Sports Design Victory

In the sports-architecture capital of the world, a Kansas City-based firm has scored again: Crawford Architects is leading the redesign of Aloha Stadium in Hawaii, where project officials have begun soliciting construction bids.

The state is putting up $350 for the project, and looking for additional private investment from P3 partners. The project calls for the existing 50,000-seat stadium to be demolished, replaced by a 35,000-seat stadium, with a projected opening by August 2023.
