New Century-based Butler National Corp. announced Monday the acquisition of KC Machine.

Butler National states the KC Machine mirrors the company’s own values as well as its production.

“The KC Machine acquisition brings significant synergy to Butler National,” president and CEO of Butler National, Chris Reedy said in a release. “With the increased level of Avcon subsidiary aircraft modification activity, the need for parts and skilled workers to cost-effectively fabricate parts, this acquisition makes tremendous sense. We anticipate a fairly seamless integration of KC Machine into Butler National while maintaining its existing business levels.”

KC Machine has been in business for more than twenty years providing part, machine service and fabrication including products for the Department of Defense, according to the release.

No financial terms of the deal were in the release.
