74 Acres of Mixed-Use for Lee’s Summit



The Lee’s Summit City Council has approved a conceptual development plan and zoning classification change for the Village at View High development. The classification will change from District Single-family Residential (R-1) to District Planned Mixed Use (PMIX).

Plans for the $225 million, 74-acre development include 310 new apartments, a 13-acre senior living facility, a quarter-million square feet of retail, 100 thousand-plus square feet of office/medical space, along with entertainment and dining options.
