Dorothy Papadakos, organist

Celebrate a spine-tingling Halloween in Helzberg Hall, if you dare, as Dorothy Papdakos improvises at the console of the Julia Irene Kauffman Casavant Organ to provide a macabre soundtrack for this restored version of the 1920 silent classic, “Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.” Starring legendary leading man John Barrymore in the notorious title roles, this eerie screen adaptation of Robert Louis Stevenson’s classic tale is a perfectly fun and ghoulish way to spend a spooky night presented by the Kansas City Symphony at the Kauffman Center. Tickets start at $25.
