Salute! A Festival of Wine & Food culminates with the Grand Tasting.  Participants have the opportunity to sample over 250 wines and spirits from some of the world’s leading vineyards, breweries and distilleries as well as gourmet cuisine from area restaurants.  Throughout the evening, participants browse and bid an impressive silent auction.  The grand finale of Salute! is a live auction filled with rare and fine wine lots, fine art, wine-related experiences and other choice products and services, all led by the always fun and exciting Nigro Brothers auctioneers.
