The Native Sons & Daughters of Greater Kansas City will be honoring former Mayor Kay Barnes as the 2015 Outstanding Kansas Citian.  They are also recognizing The Ethnic Enrichment Commission with a historical marker to be placed in Swope Park.  A silent auction will be held from 6-7 pm.  Dinner at 7 pm, followed by the program at 8 pm.
