The sun was shining and thousands of women and girls were smiling– it was a wonderful morning for the 2018 MD5K! KC Express brings this event to Kansas City’s women as part of our mission to promote women’s health through fitness. Thanks to all the participants, sponsors, and volunteers who helped make it a success!

This year’s iteration will be on May 12 at Corporate Woods. More details are to come.
