Missouri State Thespians is affiliated with the Educational Theatre Association and its student organization the International Thespian Society. Established in 1972, our purpose has remained the same: to aid in the advancement and improvement of theatre arts in schools in the State of Missouri.
The Missouri State Thespian Conference offers many Performance Opportunities for your troupe. All questions regarding Mainstages & One Acts should be directed to Holly Potthoff at holly.potthoff@mrhschools.net. All questions about Short Play Festival and WIPS should be directed to Teri Turner at mothespianadvocacy@gmail.com.
Each year we look for 1-3 schools who would like to bring their fall production to perform on the mainstage at the state conference. If you you would like to have your production adjudicated, or would just like more information please download the Mainstage Packet.
We offer time slots for up to 10 schools to perform a one act each year. If you are interested in applying, or would like more information please download the One Act Guidelines.
