It’s time for Kansas City’s second annual badminton tournament with a mad twist. Dress up, dress down or dress weird! Just join in for some good clean fun for a great cause, Giving the Basics, which provides the necessities not covered by government assistance programs to underserved families in Kansas City. Madminton will take place on Saturday, September 24th from 1 p.m.–7 p.m. at Theis Park, appropriately near the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art and Kansas City’s famous shuttlecocks.
