The holiday parade of lights kicks off the Christmas season in Washington and features marching bands,  holiday-decorated floats and Santa Claus.  After the parade, there is the traditional lighting of the downtown Christmas tree at Main & Elm Sts., followed by photos with Santa at the Farmers Market.
