Explore the history of the French explorers who settled at the confluence of the Kansas and Missouri Rivers in the late 1700s. This annual event celebrates the French contributions to our regional history. Skilled interpreters, attired in appropriate late 18th century clothing, will lead you on a journey of discovery. Witness the arts, crafts and customs of these early European explorers and settlers.

This will be on Sept. 22 at 9 a.m. at the Fort Osage National Historic Landmark.
