Pigapalooza is a carnivorous culinary experience that includes a whole hog contest, beef ribs, brisket, suckling pigs, pork belly, skirt steak and more, including live music from Outlaw Jim and the Whiskey Benders and Cowboy Comedian Vic Clevenger serving as emcee.
