Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar will show off the culinary chops of Kansas City’s female talent on Oct. 11 during its second annual Females on Fire dinner. Seven Kansas City chefs and six local experts in pairing food with wine and beer are teaming up to provide guests a creative hors d’oeurve and five-course dinner with drink pairings, completely created by female talent in the Kansas City restaurant scene. The Females on Fire dinner will start promptly at 6 p.m. on Oct. 11 at Jax Fish House and will feature five courses with drink pairings for $125 per person.
