Country music legend Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, with The Ozark Mountain Daredevils, headline the annual Dose of Fun Concert at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, February 17 at the Uptown Theater. The concert benefits Kansas City’s Medicine Cabinet. Tickets range from $35-$100 through Ticketmaster.  The Dose of Fun event also will feature a patrons’ party beginning at 5:30 p.m. complete with dinner and special entertainment. Patron tickets cost $150 each and are available by calling Kansas City’s Medicine Cabinet at 816-276-7555.  Kansas City’s Medicine Cabinet provides emergency medical services for uninsured and underinsured Kansas Citians.
