Champagne & Chocolate is the premier fundraising event held annually to benefit Southwest Boulevard Family Health Care. This festive fundraising event combines delicious chocolate desserts donated by the area’s foremost chocolatiers, bakeries and restaurants with a relaxed gathering in a private home.
Family Health Care, a non-profit family practice safety net clinic provides over $1 million of charity care annually to the surrounding communities in both Kansas and Missouri. Services include medical, dental, mental health therapy, legal assistance, literacy support, social services, homeless outreach, as well as fitness and nutrition education.
