This 3-day event features many local artists lining the streets of downtown Washington exhibiting and selling their items of artistic quality, including portraits, landscape, modern, still life, photos and more.  Also features samplings of the finest of hundreds of wines produced by all-Missouri wineries.  Live music and food court.  Car & truck show Sun. 5-8pm and Sip & Savor Sunday 12-3pm.
