The Annual Dinner will feature Kathleen Sebelius, former U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services and Governor of Kansas, on “Big Ideas in End-of-Life Care,” and celebrate the 10th anniversary of National Healthcare Decisions Day by honoring its founder, Nathan Kottkamp. Honorary Co-chairs are Barbara and Rene Bollier and David and Julie Warm.
