The Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts is excited to celebrate Kansas City arts at the fifth annual Future Stages Festival on Sunday, June 10, 2018. This FREE community festival showcases hundreds of young performers on the Kauffman Center stages every year, and guests are invited to enjoy a wide-range of diverse performance styles and engaging arts activities.
The Kauffman Center is now accepting performance group applications for the 2018 Future Stages Festival. New this year, there will be an additional stage specifically designed for small acts (groups of 2 – 9 young performers), and these smaller groups are invited to apply below. Large groups with 10 or more youth performers are encouraged to submit applications to perform on one of the three Future Stages Festival main stages. Applications and all supplemental materials are due no later than Monday, March 5, 2018. Please send all application questions to futurestages@kauffmancenter.org.
