VML Promotes Jeff Geheb to CEO of $1.5 Billion Enterprise Solutions Group

VML has promoted Jeff Geheb to CEO of VML Enterprise Solutions, the company’s $1.5 billion global digital transformation business.

VML Enterprise Solutions combines VML’s technology transformation, commerce, customer experience, and consulting capabilities with WPP Open’s AI-driven operating system. Enterprise Solutions has added over 150 clients to the agency and contributed to 40% of VML’s global business as a result. VML’s client partners include the likes of Ford, The Coca-Cola Company, Google, IKEA, Sainsbury’s, Sherwin-Williams, T-Mobile, and United Rentals.

VML Enterprise Solutions was established roughly a year following the merger of New York-based Wunderman Thompson and VMLY&R in 2023.

In his new role, Geheb will oversee four areas of focus in VML Enterprise Solutions including consulting, customer experience, commerce and technology transformation.

It’s a unique and relevant opportunity that we never take for granted.”

Geheb will continue to report to Jon Cook, Global CEO of VML.

“For more than 20 years, Jeff has been an architect and pioneer of that unique fusion in all he and his team have built in VML Enterprise Solutions,” Cook said in the release. “I couldn’t be more excited for Jeff’s next chapter as CEO of this critical element of VML.”

Geheb has over 20 years of experience working at VML, starting his career there as a business systems analyst in 2003. He held multiple leadership positions with the agency including chief technology officer and global chief experience officer. Prior to his latest promotion, he served as an executive lead for VML Enterprise Solutions in February 2024, according to his LinkedIn profile.

Last month, VML was selected to be the primary advertising partner for National Vision Holdings, the brand operator for America’s Best, Eyeglass World and Vista Opticals.
