VanTrust Kansas City Hires 25-Year Real Estate Expert

Real estate developer VanTrust Real Estate, LLC announced the company has added Andy Crimmins as vice president of development for the Kansas City market.

Crimmins brings over 25 years of real estate experience with him to VanTrust.

Crimmins has experience in retail, entertainment, mixed-use development and brokerage. His new role at VanTrust will focus on identifying, evaluating, and executing on development projects in Kansas City and the wider Midwest region, according to a release.

Prior to joining VanTrust, Crimmins held the position of vice president of real estate development at Minnesota-based Ryan Companies and was previously a founder and managing partner at Crossroads Real Estate.
