Lenexa-based Vantage MedTech, a medical tech manufacturer, announced that Mike Taylor will be its next chief financial officer.
With over 25 years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, and engineered products, Taylor will help drive financial governance and stakeholder management for the company, according to a release.
Before joining Vantage MedTech, Taylor held several CFO roles. Most recently, he was the CFO of SOR Controls Group in Lenexa for 3 years. Prior to that, he had the same position at Continental Disc Corporation in Liberty for over 4 years.
Taylor also worked in senior leadership positions with GBW Railcar Services, Garsite/Progress, CST Industries, MeadWestvaco Calmar, & Henry Wurst, Inc.

Taylor earned his B.A. degree in Accounting and a Master of Professional Accountancy degree from Wichita State University.
