United Real Estate’s KC-based Partner Will Merge With SunWest Real Estate Advisors

United Real Estate announced its Kansas City-based operations, Platinum Realty, will enter into a merger with Overland Park-based SunWest Real Estate Advisors to expand its services in the Midwest market.

The merger will push Platinum Realty’s headcount of agents to over 2,500 across 13 offices serving five states and seven major markets, according to a Tuesday release.

United Real Estate is the national partner of Platinum Realty.

SunWest’s team of agents gain competitive tools, industry-leading technology and resources such as PPO healthcare plans, wealth planning and enhanced luxury property marketing services.

“Platinum’s focus on supporting agents and promoting their business were major draws for us,” SunWest Missouri Broker and Partner Monet Deshler said in the release. “We are empowering them to shine and position their brand however they choose. Together, we’re providing the tools needed to expand their businesses through advanced marketing and education to elevate client experiences.”
