Mission-based Lettermen’s Energy Holdings LLC announced a series of asset acquisitions equating to five additions across the country.
Lettermen’s Energy, a propane company that serves residential, industrial, agricultural and autogas customers recently bought five retail propane companies including; Scotty’s Propane, New Mexico; Mountain Country Propane, Missouri; Hub City Propane, Indiana; Central Propane; Alabama and WIN Propane, Iowa, according to a release.
Terms of the deals were not disclosed.
“From our first discussions as a leadership team, we’ve been focused on aggressively pursuing well-run businesses that fit our strategic model,” Lettermen’s CEO Steve Wambold said. “Individually, each of these brands fit that bill. Taken together, they are a significant step forward in our growth plans.”
These acquisitions bolster Lettermen’s Energy in the upper Midwest and desert Southwest regions as well as extending its reach in areas like the Lake of the Ozarks.
In just over two years, Lettermen’s has expanded its strategic footprint to include 16 brands operating in 18 states since being established in 2021, according to the company.
