TruHome Solutions To Move To Aspiria Campus, Signs 36,000 SF Office Lease

TruHome Solutions, a financial services company offering mortgage lending services, signed a 36,504-square-foot lease at the Aspiria campus in Overland Park.

The Lenexa-based company TruHome Solutions previously was located at 9601 Legler Road at the Kansas Commerce Center.

The company plans to move in the first quarter of 2024 and will be bringing its 220 employees.

Michael VanBuskirk and Trey DeRousse of Newmark Zimmer represented the tenant and Hunter Johnson of Occidental Management represented the landlord on an internal basis, according to a release.
