These Two-State Hospitals Were Awarded for Consumer Loyalty

NRC Health has identified 100 top-performing hospitals in consumer loyalty.

NRC Health has identified 100 top-performing hospitals through its annual healthcare consumer-perception survey, the healthcare data firm announced Tuesday.

The survey includes multiple healthcare providers from the two-states area.

In order to identify recipients of its 2023 Consumer Loyalty Award, NRC Health used results from its national market insights survey, which measures opinions of more than 300,000 consumers in more than 300 markets in the 48 contiguous U.S. from April 1, 2022, to March 31, 2023.

Missouri’s Consumer Loyalty Award Winners:

  • Barnes-Jewish Hospital, Saint Louis, MO
  • Boone Hospital Center, Columbia, MO
  • Saint Lukes Hospital, Kansas City, MO
  • University Hospital, Columbia, MO

Kansas’ Consumer Loyalty Award Winner:

  • The University of Kansas Hospital, Kansas City, KS

Furthermore, NRC Health also held awards for Consumer Loyalty “Best in Class” which received one winner from Missouri, Missouri Baptist Medical Center, located in Saint Louis.
