Two juvenile suspects have been charged in connection to the Super Bowl rally shooting at Union Station Wednesday and are facing gun-related and resisting arrest charges.
The Office of the Juvenile Officer charged the two juveniles on Thursday are currently detained in secure detention at the Juvenile Detention Center, according to a release from the 16th Judicial Circuit Court of Missouri’s Jackson County Family Court Division.
Additional charges are expected as the investigation by the Kansas City Police Department continues.
According to Missouri law, hearings are not open to the public as this alleged offense involves juveniles.
The identities and ages of the juveniles have not been disclosed.
