The St. Louis-based construction firm Navigate Building Solutions has expanded to the Kansas City market by adding a new office in Overland Park.
The new office is located at 6400 W. 110th Street, Suite 200. It enables Navigate’s Kansas City team to provide more localized services to clients across the region, including the state of Kansas and the broader Kansas City metropolitan area, according to a release.
“Our expansion into Kansas is a natural next step in our journey,” Navigate Building Solutions co-founder Todd Sweeney said in the release. “We are excited to bring Navigate’s expertise to this growing market and look forward to helping our clients achieve success with their capital projects.”
Founded in 2016, Navigate Building Solutions specializes in municipal, K-12, higher education, multi-family, federal and non-profit facilities. The firm is currently leading over 300 projects throughout the Midwest through partnerships with the Cities of Raytown, Odessa, and Pleasant Hill, as well as Lee’s Summit R-7 School District, Cass County Public Library, and others.
