Spencer Fane Combines with Nevada-based Holley Driggs, Triples Southwest Presence

Spencer Fane LLP will combine with Nevada-based Holley Driggs, adding 14 attorneys local to Las Vegas.

The combination became effective Tuesday. The move triples the headcount of Spencer Fane’s office in the Southwest market, a Spencer Fane spokesperson said in an email.

Holley Diggs specializes in practices across commercial litigation, bankruptcy, real estate, finance, corporate law, employment law, construction, natural resources, sports and entertainment, technology and intellectual property. in the Southwest region.

“The synergy between our firms extends even further in that our new colleagues share our interest in breaking away from the traditional law firm model in favor of an approach designed to nurture a culture of empowerment, autonomy, and collaboration,” Spencer Fane chair Patrick Whalen said in a release.

The combination will see 14 attorneys join Spencer Fane including:

Spencer Fane has made an effort to expand its Southwest market. In August, the firm announced it would combine with New Mexico-based Montgomery & Andrews PA. That deal added 11 attorneys to Spencer Fane’s headcount.

Spencer Fane now has over 550 attorneys serving clients across 27 offices in 16 states and Washington D.C.
