ServiceMaster Opens 55,000 SF Commercial Operations Center In Olathe

ServiceMaster Recovery Management announced Monday it will open a new Commercial Operations Center in Olathe.

The new Commercial Operations Center is located at 414 W Frontier Ln.

The large-loss commercial restoration division of ServiceMaster Restore will represent clients suffering from damage caused by water, fire, smoke and mold. Additionally, the center will be the headquarters of the strategic planning and business development efforts for the SRM Commercial Team.

The center will also include a training center dedicated to comprehensive courses and hands-on training, a network support center to serve as the central hub for maintaining seamless communication and connectivity across all SRM locations and an equipment depot and supply warehouse, according to a release.

“With this new Commercial Operations Center, we take a giant leap forward, expanding the horizons of ServiceMaster Restore and ServiceMaster Recovery Management networks, ushering in an era of accelerated growth,” ServiceMaster Restore president John Tovar said in a release.
